Good management, great working atmosphere, good work/life balance. Lots of team building activities and incentives for top performers. Pay is average.

earning potential wasn't that great, for the role I was doing, (this may have changed though as I left there in 2014). But this is the only con I could think of.

Great team of people with clear plan

Office could get a bit noisy at times, but sometimes that was nice!
