Very good in terms of joining, offers good salary hikes from your current package. Good place to work and learn few new programming things I got the opportunity to work on some very good and challenging products.

The politics within teams is the main disadvantage. Work culture of late staying in office without any reason is another drawback. you will not have any dependency or work load but you have to stay in office just to please your manager. Otherwise they will ask you why you left office on right time :). As I mentioned earlier company provide good hike at joining but it goes very opposite when its time for appraisals.
