The management style here is quite outdated. Some senior staff act like managers, but there’s a lack of real structure and leadership. There was no proper department setup or workspace provided for VMD, and there’s a tendency to be selective and biased. Creativity is not encouraged, and the management tends to micromanage rather than support.
There’s very little opportunity to gain new knowledge or grow — the work feels more like manual labor despite holding a creative position. The weekly meetings are unproductive and don’t lead anywhere. Overall, the system is disorganized, and the management team can be quite frustrating. Honestly, you might end up regretting working here.
