– Job is engaging & challenging enough to keep the creative juices flowing & developing problem solving skills – Chance to develop your skills and learn new ones. Even if you don’t have a background in Marketing, Majority is a good starting point. – Good pay – Good benefits
Cons
Majority is a revolving door company despite them claiming they are a “growing company” with a lot of opportunity. That is not their business model. They’ll hire people in the lead up to election season under FALSE promises of advancement and long term employment only to lay people off at the end of the political season.
