New facility, friendly, adding new disciplines of service & practitioners steadily, clean, locally situated off interstate access, small community
Cons
Due to the size and location, many of the employees are “related” in some aspect creating an environment of severe Nepotism!! There is VERY LITTLE opportunity for professional growth without help from within. Specialties are limited for new learning opportunities, Lower Pay, Trustworthiness is non-existent
