      - Could upgrade yourself here - Mentoring with your superordinate with less barriers - Good teammates - WFA

      Cons

      - Bad device benefit - Bad management - Layoff information within 3 days before last day - Layoff without 1 month notice - Even the C-level never said sorry to all of the impacted - Turning into WFO slowly - Too much work - Techdocing make it worse - I don't want to comeback here

      - its good to working here especially for FG. Many experience to learn - able to work balance with remote working

      - less benefit and under not much salary - more efficiency in this era - difficult for career opportunity
