Pros
This company is so pro employee. The owner(Dan) wants us to succeed and grow and become the best version of ourselves(at work and our personal lives). The training available here to reach those goals is beyond expectations and far exceeds competitors. The entire company makes you feel like you belong from day one and are not only accessible for work related issues, but rally together when you have personal obstacles as well. I count myself lucky to be part of the "Majik Family",
Cons
None that I can think of. There will be days that have great wins and days with losses, but tomorrow is always a fresh start and Majik is there every step of the way cheering you on.
