Welcome to a company where everything is under control… except for the organisation. Here, decisions rain down, contradict each other, and disappear just as quickly as they arrived. Top-down management reigns supreme, listening is an abstract concept, and interdepartmental communication is nothing short of a miracle.
HR? Present, but mostly to push papers. Harassment, humiliation, micro-management? Everyone knows, no one acts. Younger employees and women often get the worst of it, but then again, respect was never really part of the company culture.
The perks? A fruit basket once a week. In exchange, glorified overtime, minimal remote work, and mandatory holidays. But hey, you can’t have it all.
In short, a company that favours the illusion of control over actual management. Move along—unless you enjoy orders, counter-orders, and counter-counter-orders.
