Pros
- No micro managing - Friends/ Colleagues ( use to ) work with are good - Office is somewhat in central - good dental and health benefits
Cons
- Work according to the founders attitude/temper - Project scopes/ brief can be very rush and super messed up - Expect the founders to shout/scream and slamming of doors if both of them quarrel - Little wage, No increment, little bonus - Will brainwash you to do 5 person jobs in 1 salary - Founders don't understand creative pipeline. - Founders can not visualize creative work and will require you to create multiple briefs/output just to please them. - Projects are super rush. OT alot ( despite the founders don't seem to know ) - Staffs turnover are really high, can leave straight right after probation has finish. - Founders depending on their mood will sugar coat or gas light you. - Leave approval is not prioritize, If you have really important issues to be away your leave may be rejected. - Founders will favor people that they like only, rather then equally. ( you will get left out and ignored really fast ) - Founders will require you to step up and learn new expertise that's not within your job description in the name of learning with no salary increment. - Founders will say one thing behind your back and another infront of you. ( toxic, gas lighting work culture is real ) -Require you to be a well rounded player in office to " learn new stuff " but infact they just want to save money. - Company would require you to do "internal homework's" Ontop of your rushed dateline and projects in the name of learning. Even when staffs has feedback that its really undesirable to be done. Founders lack vision in business building and people foresight. It is a client/account focus job where they don't care much about people. Once they dislike you they would say nasty things/scold/gas light you and you will leave eventually. Overall this is one of the worst start up agency you would want to be in.
