The role was majority remote only having to come in 1-2 days a week.
Cons
Negative management, no resources or feedback. They do not set up employees for success, and are ready to move on to the next best thing as soon as they can. You will go months will no feedback, thinking everything is good and then one day they will hit you with negativity. No care for the mental health of employees.
