Pros
Some coworkers were nice to work with that were non-management. You made good money but only if you worked very long hours with no breaks.
Cons
One of the worst hospitality companies I have ever worked for. Mainsail’s corporate HR protects toxic management, all hourly employees are replaceable & there is no career growth or opportunity. You are just a body/number for the business. Management is absolutely horrible. There was never any positive acknowledgment for hard work, only negative feedback which was discouraging and exhausting.
