People are amazing and Management is top Notch!

Some of the customers can be difficult.

- Excellent caring culture - High standards for employees - Responsive - Although there is no such thing as "Overtime" for contractors, Mainsail has a system in which you can "Bank" hours worked beyond 40/week and take that time off at a later date. Employees I worked with from other companies asked for copies of the policy to take to their companies. - Supportive (the company helped me navigate time off/PTO issues with no penalty to myself or income while I was in the process of adopting a child) - Strong team environment - The ONLY reason I left the company was because I was offered a new and more financially beneficial position with another company in a different area; had this opportunity not presented itself, I would have been perfectly content to stay with Mainsail. - This is an outstanding company.

After two years, none that I found.
