Mainline is a great company in Southeast AR. Patient care is of the upmost importance. Mainline is a very family-oriented company.

The best thing was they used to pay for employee insurance, have received 1 SMALL raise that’s it, good providers to work with

It’s a numbers game now, they preach quality but push quantity. They care what patients say more than listening to their employees. They are changing insurances from BCBS to a type of United plan. NO LONGER PAYS FOR EMPLOYEE INSURANCE! They have gotten too big and are forgetting where they came from, it’s really really sad, not what I signed up for at all.
