      Pros

      100% "white" salary. Additional health & dental insurance for employee and their family. Friendly atmosphere, interesting work, other benefits. MainConcept is the world's leading provider of software development kits for adding audio and video encoding, decoding, transcoding and streaming to software applications. 9 from 10 Blu-Ray's Disks were made by our codecs.

      Cons

      Some people says that company's management switches them from one task to another one too frequently. I didn't see such downsides at least for me. I don't like that our Managing Director (VP Operations Russia) plays to the gallery.

      Latest technologies, good products, you can really learn a lot; Oriented to engineering, I did not see any "politics" in R&D department;

      Cons

      Management does not understand that this is not a startup that will suddenly grow 1000 fold.
