Pros
Great tips depending on your service to customers. If you want to work in the restaurant business, this is definitely the place to learn the good and the bad.
Cons
No work/life balance, high turnover rate, terrible scheduling, no motivation amongst other servers. I feel at this point, there should be more organization with the scheduling. The way the managers treat the servers is very poor, seeing as though servers get paid the least, servers are the ones with the majority of the workload.
