-Low starting pay, it's a entry level hourly, meaning minimum wage as a departmental employee. - Long hours, often times you will work into the wee hours of the morning, say good bye to a social life if you want to try and work full time. - Customers can be awful, its a place for cheap entertainment at times because regular hours are competitively priced. Way to expensive for a family to go more than once a month without a special to help drive down the initial upfront cost. Often times that means cheap service since you can't staff a building of your PPA is below normal rates. - Upper management can be non-existent and seeks little to no insight from operational managers for LTO improvement and daily operational improvements. -Bonus structure is nice, but not worth the hours you put in as a salaried manager.
