The teachers and principal (Michal Bessler) are AMAZING. An incredible, loving, caring team. The elementary school faculty and staff feel like a true family. Highly supportive and passionate about their students and colleagues.

Upper management does not always support the staff. Influential families have a lot of control, and one negative interaction with a parent can destroy a teacher's reputation due to gossip among parents, who are all part of a close, gossipy community.
