Pros

There is a great culture, full of young outgoing professionals. The team is very welcoming from your first day and everyone within the business are happy to help you as you find your feet both in the role and the company. The training is is a good balance between helping you learn what you need whilst also give you the space to find your own feet. The continuous development allows you to constantly grow and learn new skills, even when you are a more established member of the group.

Cons

There is a competitive atmosphere within the business, which for some people is great and helps to push them on, but it could be overwhelming if you don't have a competitive edge.

Pros

- People are fun and friendly - Great socials - Great sales training and support that is useful for future jobs - Office in good location

Cons

- Four of the glassdoor reviews posted on the same day from current employers - Very low pay compared to similar jobs on the market - Extremely high turnover of staff - people either quit due to poor treatment/pay or get fired if numbers start to slip - Unsociable hours not made clear in interview or contract - BDs working shifts ranging from 9am-1pm which again not told until starting - Claim to care about wellbeing with very little support - looked down upon for raising any concerns - No attempt at hiding favouritism with people getting random promotions while others sit at the same level for months -To progress you have to prove you can juggle multiple job roles and maintain numbers - Title promotions with no extra pay but more work and hours - some roles even made up to prevent people leaving - Very little support for staff - "This is the job you signed up for" often said - Many people internally spoke about how they felt they could not speak up with fear of being fired or it affecting their progression so kept it to themselves - Unhealthy work culture created by mgmt - expectations to work beyond contracted hours - Feedback to mgmt seen as not being a team player / not taking job seriously enough
