Working at MaidThis Cleaning has been an incredible experience. The entire team is truly amazing — always positive, uplifting, and ready to support each other. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. The environment is one of genuine trust and collaboration, where everyone is encouraged to do their best and grow. What stands out the most is the leadership. The general manager has been beyond amazing — not only as a leader but as a mentor and source of constant support. They’re always there when I need help, guidance, or just someone to talk through a challenge. They’ve provided so many opportunities for me to grow both professionally and financially, and they’ve consistently shown that they genuinely care about my success and well-being. I’ve never worked in a place where I’ve felt so supported, appreciated, and motivated.

Honestly, not many. Sometimes things move quickly, which requires staying flexible, but the team is always there to help each other navigate.

I have been working with MaidThis for the past 2 and a half years now. Since then, I have grown a lot as a person and a professional. I learn about Kaisen (constant improvement), one of the core values and we apply it every day, so I get to be part of a constantly growing and evolving company. We help people fulfill their jobs (cleaners) every day and make customers happy with the service. Having this stability and support in my life from my colleagues and leadership changed everything.

As any customer service/ops job is high maintenance, getting customers and keeping them means that you need to keep an eye on everything so it all goes as smooth as possible for everyone
