Great product. The software can run your cleaning business more efficiently than any other software on the market. Proven that people could triple their cleaning business profits.

The industry is dated, and selling robust software to non-tech people was difficult.

-Option to work remote is great -Most of the people on the teams are great, upper management is hit or miss

-Holidays are very lackluster, especially for a cleaning software. Don't need to be open for lots of holidays that aren't given. Christmas Eve would be a good example of a holiday that is not given. -PTO is very lackluster, especially in your first year. After first year it's just decent -No healthcare (they offer a stipend that covers next to nothing for government plans) -Training is very poor -High performers are rewarded with carrying the weight of the poor performers who are very rarely reprimanded -Lack of transparency -No real clear goals -Very slow to fix/approach problems if at all once they are brought to managements attention (both with the software and internal issues)
