Poor Supervisors with no people skills, all they do is just yell. Lack of training, they just throw you in a position. It's a meat plant, so expect to get dirty. No real opportunity for advancement/promotion, Guilt trip from Supervisor if you don;t work OT

Lots: long hours, low pay, supervisors lie to suit the situation , no time off, lack of tools and supplies to do the job properly, no support, no integrity whatsoever and a total lack of caring about employees, extremely high turnover rate, all ratings should be zero instead of one
