Salaries were delayed for months, employees were asked to accept substantial pay cuts, communication from management was poor, and work accounts were disabled while outstanding salary issues remained unresolved

Honestly, there are very few positives left to mention. Some colleagues are hardworking and supportive, but unfortunately that is not enough to compensate for the overall toxic environment.

Salaries are constantly delayed with no transparency or respect for employees’ financial responsibilities. Management shows a clear lack of professionalism and empathy toward staff concerns. Employees are pressured, exhausted, and in many cases indirectly pushed to resign so the company can avoid paying their full rights or obligations.
