Pros
Just a great company for the Employees who like to test their limits , potential & endurance. If you have no job in hand, then it is for you. Payment is on time for new joinees (for first 6 months) thereafter just play the waiting game.
Cons
Poor HR policies, poor management, unstructured organisation with no definite plan, HR policies are as flexible as boneless reptile,it can get changed anytime without any prior notice (not in favour of employees), treats employees as their liabilities, and payment of salary is just a painful task for the organization. Startegy of Cost cutting , no replacement for the employees leaving the company increasing the workload on existing employees are detrimental for companies progress.
