1. Owner controls everything. CEO is just a puppet with zero decision making power. 2. Has no reservations to expense the employee's interest to make more profit. Profit comes first. 3. Claims that they want to transform, but change is minimal, because the owner's mindset is still very backward. 4. In my few months there, many left, and mostly good ones. 5. Highly political. I hear heads complaining about each other and lots of backstabbing apparently (hearsay, but i'm sure there are some truths to it). 6. Family controlled. Corporate ladder is non-existent if you're carrying the wrong surname, and genes, and blood.
