      Build castles during the interview and ask what you want, the CEO is a fool enough to actually offer it to you

      Everything else. Especially the attitude and competency of the Heads.

      Great product and engineering team. Right from the management to product head and engineering head, I am getting great support.

      - Well known in the asia/pacific region. - Great CTO and Product team

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership from the Top. No motivation to keep going, unless you consider threats to be motivational - No benefits including health, stock, etc - Paid at bottom rate
