Stay away!!! - CNC Machinist Magseal Employee Review

The culture and people are great here. The pay is relatively competitive for the market. The company is growing quickly and you get a lot of exposure to many areas of the business. The parent company Ducommun is reinvesting heavily back into Magseal with new manufacturing equipment and renovation of the building. Bonus structure is strong incentive and keeps employee engagement and morale up, week to week, and quarter to quarter.

Benefits could be better. Average PTO (3 weeks and 1 sick week). Average health care, dental, and vision plans. Below average 401K match (50% match on 6%).

Management is not present, they seem to spend all day in the office sniffing coke and talking racist smack on social media rather than work
