Not bad, but not great - Consultant Magnus Energy Employee Review

Pros

Flat structure - From day one junior and senior employees will be working together, and generally consultants are given responsibility that matches ambition, not position. Progressive work from home policy - employees are required to be in the office at least 2 days a week, and there is flexibility in choosing the days.

Cons

Uncompensated overtime - while overtime normal, it is not paid. Theoretically overtime can be used to take time off in a quiet period, but it's hard enough getting even regular vacation approved. No dedicated HR - The role of HR is performed on the side of client work, raising doubt about neutrality and priority.
