      Pros

      Nice photographs, and visits from some lovely photographers.

      Cons

      The day was play time for most people, arrive when you feel like, leave whenever. Lots of secrecy and childish disregard for authority. Depressing office environment, disorganized management, too many chefs, not enough line cooks.

      Great team atmosphere. Working with some of the best photographers in the world is inspiring and very good for personal development.
