Pros
Great work life balance. No pressure to be at the office. Colleagues are super cool with diverse professional backgrounds. Exciting team based projects. Opportunities to work on a number of different projects. The best international communication I've had in a company (everyone in America are really nice). Flexi time really helps with balancing work and home life or even needing to take an extended break! Very easy to take time off (I've never had to justify why I need it off) Feels like management really care about you as a person. Upper management feel approachable.
Cons
Lack of transparency during times of transition (when and why we are doing things). Feel like I'm not given the opportunity to work to my full potential and often stuck working on bug after bug. Lack of transparency over progression (Recent performance review feedback was heavily lacking in ways I can improve to move up in the company). Processes change often, meaning a lot of extra time doing admin tasks or struggling to find ticket to work on.
