      Pros

      -The location and office itself are amazing. -Co-Founders most knowledgeable upper management I've ever worded with that do not over micro-manage and will defer to the proper people when they do not know something. - New tech on every projects that push the limits of the field. - Fantastic pay and benefits. - A good word life balance, only have to work a few weekends a year. - Studio being half film and half game people create an interesting dynamic and lead to interesting solutions to problems.

      Cons

      -Space is getting a little tight - Needs more of high level employees from the games industry. - Rapidly jumping between projects can be exhausting. -

      - Visionary and skilled Leadership - Working on the cutting edge - Job stability in an industry that infamously has no stability and is primarily contract based. - Big, meaty, meaningful projects in the entertainment industry. - Leadership offers best possible benefits to full time employees they can offer. - Culture and people are fantastic.

      Cons

      - Work is project based, which means tight deadlines on high profile projects for clients can severely limit ability to have any work / life balance for unpredictable amounts of time. This is the reality of the business we are in, but worth mentioning!
