Not a bad place to work... - Customer Service Associate Magnolia Bakery Employee Review

I want to make it clear that I think Magnolia can be a great place to work. However, I only worked there for one official day because the guys that worked in the basement baking/prepping made me feel uncomfortable. I felt stared at and talked about behind my back and I couldn't imagine working somewhere I couldn't even feel comfortable. The thought of going back and being scrutinized was not an option for me.
