For the person that said the CEO is a selfish guy who only cares about himself is ridiculous. An alcoholic? Please, I witnessed first hand him helping people out in difficult situations whether it be financially or psycologically. He would have a few beers with his employees to build office relationships but to show that level of disrespect and say he doesn't care is brutal. I learned a lot working with Magnitudo. I ended up accepting a job in another industry and I use the skills I learned there everyday. Its a difficult job no doubt but if you can be resilient enough to hang in there you can gain more then just money. Along with the leaders in the office I have not seen a level of work ethic similar to the key staff at Magnitudo. If you want to learn more about yourself and gain a ton of valuable experience, then apply there and hope you get a shot.
Cons
If you don't work hard enough, you won't make money. The people that didn't last did not put in nearly enough time and effort.

Thank you for the feedback. Not everyone is cut out for sales it doesn't necessarily mean they are soft but simply are more suited for a different line of work. We appreciate the kind words.

Pros
Current employees seem to be passionate about the company. People seem quite friendly and it is a positive environment.
Cons
When I was contacted for my interviews, my experience was not at all what I had expected in regards to the job description or even what I was told in my first interview. The second "interview" is a full day of un-paid shadowing. I spent the day with someone who proved to be very unprofessional but seemed oblivious to the fact. We proceeded to spend the entire day entering businesses uninvited and trying to get them to change to a certain service provider. If they were hesitant the magnitudo employee said things to them that made them feel like they were in trouble and had no choice but to talk to them. The experience felt like the equivalent of cold-calling and being hung up on. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not a job suited for everyone. This was just my experience and this job may be perfect for some people and perhaps I just got a very bad first impression. But their trainers should probably be coached on how to act professional and appropriate while trying to recruit new employees.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable or deceived in our interview process. We do clearly state that we are looking for people to conduct B2B sales in a face to face manor on behalf of our clients. All details of this would have been communicated through multiple emails when we are confirming these interviews and every job posting we have. In future we recommend you visit our website which is quite straightforward. Job shadowing is an important part of how we recruit to really find is a candidate is a correct match for our company.
None the less thank you for the approval of our CEO.
