Pros
The culture is friendly and respectful. No micromanagement, the expectations are clear and if you get your work done no one counts your coffee breaks or looks over your shoulder. Managers are qualified in organizational leadership as well as the technical skills that fall under their sections. I've never seen any manager make an unreasonable or stupid demand of anyone, but there is clear chain of command so no one lacks direction. Also, bonuses and more than a full week PTO at the holidays.
Cons
Starting pay could be better, but between generous benefits after three months and regular raises for good performance, you aren't stuck at base pay very long.
