- Great manager - Good flexibility - Good Benefits - Good campus/nice to walk around - On-site fitness center
Cons
- Work life balance isn’t there. Typically was Expected to work more than 40hrs a week because of how busy it was - Salary/competitive pay is below average compared to market rates and other competitors - No promotion structure. No bonus structure. Performance raises could be better. Never any room for negotiations - No Employee retention. Allows good talent to leave and workload gets shared amongst current employees - They talk about a de-centralized culture but always resort to corporate rules. - Vacation policy is okay; could be much better but leadership refuses to improve
