Not the best - Consultant Magnabilities Employee Review

I was able to continue working as a consultant even after moving into the city. Having this flexibility and opportunity to work independently is the biggest plus for me. Management also goes the extra mile to give the resources and mentorship that keep us moving forward.

There is really nothing major in terms of downsides, can be challenging but so is any other job

If you are in need of a quick paycheck - resume builder - stepping stone for your next job.... this job will do just that. You get to wear many "hats" - use this to build your resume for your next job. Great - if you need flexibility on your hours or only need part time work. If you love drama and gossip - you'll probably fit right in. And if you like working extra hours and coming in on the weekends for a "flash" sales ... well you'll get the chance here.

Management is terrible. There is absolutely no consistency on rules, guidelines, product production, and packaging/shipping. The gossip and bulling mentioned in other reviews are spot on unfortunately... There is no room for growing in this company since there is no structure at all. It's been a "start up" company for a while now... they have no excuses anymore. Raises are promised and never filled. I've read the negative reviews and they may seem harsh but they are sadly true. If you do decide to work here just take it with the intention of not staying long and don't invest yourself into this company because the favor won't be returned. If you do invest yourself be ready to be emotionally and mentally drained.
