Most people help each other to get things done The bosses aren't helicopter parents, just do it and do it right and they will treat you well Great energy between most workers, its very easy to make friends there Very interesting projects to machine, most things are custom so its always something new
Cons
Advertised profit sharing isn't profit sharing. Money is funneled through side companies by renting out machines to the main company, rent can be raised whenever to make sure there is never a "profit" to share. I think they think its a secret, but everyone actually knows Most people here are either grossly overpaid for sales and some management positions or grossly underpaid for high detail/skilled assembly or machining work. This needs evened out. Because of this many great workers leave to work at a Chick-Fil-A for $3/hr more
