Poor ethics / morale employer - Field Applications Engineer Magillem Employee Review

Poor management giving contradictory messages to employees. Poor ethics resulting in employees leaving or being terminated for wrong reasons, expenses never paid on time and unused vacation not paid. Just a bad company to work for unless you really have nothing else.
