Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Magil Construction Employee Review

I really enjoyed working at Magil Construction in London ON. Everyone there is nice and helpful and the office environment is generally fairly laid back and enjoyable. Everyone seems to have a “work had play hard” type of mentality.

In the London office specifically, it was difficult to get promoted simply because it’s a small office and there aren’t too many roles.
