      Pros

      I've been working in Magic+Co over 4 months, and I'm loving the experience. Here I had the chance to be involved in amazing projects for big brands. I feel respected and recognized for my hard work. The opportunity to work directly with the CEO makes this position very valuable, as I feel inspired to deliver nothing but the best to our customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have a lot of work to do, but this is not a big deal if you're looking to change the world.

      Pros

      If you love to innovate and are passionate about technology, you will love MagicCo. The pay, perks and work environment are superb. Great place for designers and technical team (dev teams)

      Cons

      I can’t think of anything of major consequence. I’ve always enjoyed hard work. As with designer who feel there are no small parts. I also believe that in every company or department there are exciting challenges and intriguing problems crying out for energetic and enthusiastic solutions. Management actively seeks out feedback from employees and works to improve areas that are challenging for employees.

      First of all, this reviewer is saying they worked for us for more than 8 years, but the company did not have its first hire ever until 6 years ago and did not even exist 8 years ago. Second of all, no freelancer has worked for us for more than 5 years consecutively. Lastly, this person was recently hired remotely for only 24 hours and was let go. We try to make accurate decisions when hiring remotely and this was a lesson learned. We strive to make this a family-friendly communal place for collaborative folks who are interested in growing their careers.
