Honestly - the work is routine and static, so if coasting is what you want, then this is the place for you.

This is a "family owned" business. Meaning everyone is related, either by blood or by marriage. If you aren't "in" you are 100% out. The entire IT department is overworked, and underpaid, in addition, they have the worst tech "leadership." Team leads are young and inexperienced, lack any range of human emotion. No sense of kindness, and no empathy for coworkers.
