Pros

Good place if you have a lot of experience. We work mostly on inverters and a fair amount of gas fireplaces.

Cons

Need to upgrade to faster recovery machines and more powerful vac pumps. Double -sided drop down ladder racks instead of just one side.

Pros

Everyone I work with here is good people. They're not trying to work us into the ground even though it's the middle of July. Most of our customers are great and they say good things about us. The installs are top-shelf which makes my job easier. My wife is happy and says I better not quit this one because I get home earlier and am actually making more $

Cons

I mean, every place has their bad things. Most places I've worked I usually had a helper but not here.

Pros

Best pay of any company I've worked for since moving to Phoenix. Owners are pretty good to work for. Always busy, which is unusual for an HVAC Company in Phoenix. Health benefits. They pay for 1/2 my tools no matter what tool I want.

Cons

Meetings after meetings. There is a meeting pretty much every day, they do give alot of training so I like that but I wish we could have one day a week without a meeting. Lots of changes. The owners are always adding new services. I do understand thats why we are always busy but every new service means more meetings.

We are glad you are part of the team! You spoke and we listened! We have done our best to structure trainings and meetings to be better structured and scheduled. As for the trucks, we have found the service vans are the best setup for performing service work as they can hold more small parts securely than the utility trucks can. However, we can certainly add puck locks to any vans that don't currently have them. Thanks again for letting us know how we're doing!
