      If i have to give any Pros at all then their Hybrid work culture is the only good thing about the company

      Cons

      Pathetic Team Management. Pathetic Team Culture. When the deadlines are near the whole team is expected to work on weekends irrespective of your personal choice.

      Friendly and reasonable pay plus good management.

      Cons

      Nothing bad at all, only a little bit pressure to meet the expectation, but this is very reasonable.

      *good mentoring system(if allocated to the right team) * fairly open system

      Cons

      * dull leadership apart from few old faces * still hankering on the old days- time to move on and do better * HR is pathetic
