Cons
1. Content Testing, 0 learning, long working hours. They expect you to come at 9:30 AM and leave when your manager/lead/'self proclaimed lead' ask you to go(generally after 9 PM). 2. They don't care if you wanna learn new techs/tools and improve the way of working. 3. Self proclaim leads(almost every one who has more than 6 months of exp) keep a close watch on- When you are coming? When you are leaving? Your break timings? Your personal life, you husband/wife/bg/gf. 4. Every contractual employee reports everything to managers in hope of getting confirmed but Magic never confirms you till the time you resign and you have dependency. 5. Bullying culture, no ethics, no values.
