-Great coworkers -You get to roam around the parks -Leads always remember to provide their team with 2 10min breaks -Its fun taking photos of guests and socializing -Good training -Flexible schedule
Cons
-constant pressure to get families in for photos when they didn't want to -waste of paper since they print out the photos at some locations to make people buy them -wouldn't provide enough gear for rainy or hot weather -they would get mad when people called out -constant pressure to meet revenue goals -their business format is outdated and as well is the equipment they have the employees use -those damn photo cards would sometimes not scan and guests couldn't retreive their photos bc the scanners often didn't work -some uniform codes are way too conservative
