Disorganized and Disfunctional - Anonymous employee Magic Memories Employee Review

The VP in my area is horrible. He does not care about anyone except a handful of male employees. We allegedly have an HR and payroll department. If we do they must automatically forward all of their e-mails to a black hole because they never respond to the venues. The "support office" does just the opposite. Tech support is ok. They are good at fixing problems, but their response time could improve. Overall it is a mess and I would not advise anyone to work here unless they are desperate.
