Bad management and work environment - Anonymous employee Magic Memories Employee Review

Management was appalling, area manager had a problem with people voiceing opinions and reacted by giving minimal shifts and snubbing off employees. Understaffed but over employed - magic seaward would run on 3 staff when 4-5 is essential to make sales targets.
