- Most projects are very organized - Good leadership (producers) - Great work life balance (I'm not saying that there isn't crunch) - Good feedback for you to grow - Cool projects related to games and metaverse - Paid days off
Cons
- Some projects can be quite hard to work as planning stage didn't go well - This can cause some crunch, but it's not common in the company - Salary payment a little below average
