I’ve been working in ML for 6 months. Since I joined to the company my experience has been good. The entire team including CEO has been very friendly, respectful and professional.
The company requires and encourages you to keep updated in technology; we have an scheduled time by week to study new technologies or go deeper into some topic of your interest, so It is a good place to learn new things and improve knowledge and skills.
The salary is in line with the average salaries in the industry and according to the level of knowledge.

I consider that ML does not have cons
