      Better than Google - Engineer Magic Leap Employee Review

      Pros

      They have a very good balance between software and hardware. They have good perks and have been improving. For example, they recently increased their parental leave for men and women, and now give more leave than Google does. Florida is a great place to live, with far better beaches than California.

      Cons

      The stock options cannot be exercised yet, because the company is not public like Facebook or Google. So you have to live on your salary only, which is not bad because the cost of living in Florida is low.
