      Everyone is the holy grail combo of smart and cool - the projects have a sense purpose and camaraderie. Leadership is down to earth and in the trenches with the rest of us. Very cool products and technical challenges

      Cons

      Heavy workload, high stakes, late nights and weekends, but it's fairly give and take. they give back when they push hard

      the people make the place. great founders and team. fun work and lots of collaboration. lots of opportunity for growth.
